Prime Energy Resources, LLC was created in 2018 to fill what we believe is a growing gap in Oil & Gas
Production Operations & Maintenance Industry. We are a small contract service provider on a first name
basis with all of our employees where no one is known as simply their employee number. In addition, at
Prime we make each of our clients a priority, regardless of their size or “profit
potential”.
With 80+ years of combined personnel management experience, our team understands that it takes happy,
loyal employees to keep our customers satisfied. Our business strategy is simply, we put the choices
back into the hands of our field employees. That coupled with less corporate overhead and less red tape
allow us the ability to provide quality, hand picked personnel for our clients in a timely manner and
not just warm bodies to fill a position.

Prime Energy Resources can fully staff your facility with all levels of production operators from roustabouts, Operators and Production Foremen, to USCG licensed personnel and support positions for offshore and onshore projects across the United States and in the Gulf of Mexico.
Mechanical Maintenance
Prime Energy Resources provides Mechanical Technicians; including Turbines, Natural Gas Engines & Compressors to Diesel mechanics and even Millwrights who are experienced and available in or near every major oil and gas producing region in the U.S. to help keep your rotating equipment and facility running.

From qualified and trained personnel to field installation of instrument and electrical control systems to panel design, fabrication and troubleshooting. Compliance & Regulatory Support
In addition to technicians to assist with our clients’ programs, we can also provide thorough, documented Compliance & Regulatory inspections and assessment of safety process control systems as well as mock audits to help prepare your facility for BSEE or USCG inspections.

SAFETY
Prime Energy Resources is committed to operating in a manner that protects
the health and
safety of employees and minimizes incidents, while performing quality work for customers in compliance
with applicable laws and regulations governing occupational health and safety.
We employ a full time safety representative who is responsible for
satisfying customers
with safety conscious employees. Prime Energy Resources’ safety representative has the
following
qualifications: 10 years’ experience in Safety, 7 years’ experience in Safety Management, RSO
(Radiation Safety Officer), Safety Instructor, Medic First Aid Instructor, 25 years Volunteer Fire
Department, and 20 years Paramedic. Safety is part of the initial client relationship in having the
safety representative meet with clients, tour client facilities, and discuss details with client
safety staff to better understand the client’s specific needs in operations. This allows us to better
prepare the employees to enter into a specific work environment and safely perform
the required job task.
Prior to placement, Prime Energy Resources performs required pre-hire screening, as requested
by clients, that
includes, but is not limited to:
Hazmat * PHMSA * Drug * Alcohol * DOT and Non DOT * Routine fit for duty * Pulmonary Function Testing
* Respiratory Fit Testing.
